Do we make custom orders?

Yes, we do. Please email us if you are looking for a custom cookie or cake order with specific details. We will do our best to accommodate and provide an estimate for custom orders. Please allow plenty of lead time for creating/shipping custom treat orders.

Do you ship to my state?

We ship to all 50 states in the United States. We do not ship internationally.

What materials do you use in your treats?

We carefully select all natural ingredients for our treats. We ensure there are no unsafe products used. All treats will be labeled with ingredients and a guaranteed analysis (required by IL Dept of Agriculture).

How long will it take to get my order?

We typically ship within 1-2 days. We will use UPS/FedEx carriers whenever possible to expedite the shipping process. In some cases, where shipping costs are higher than normal, we may be forced to use USPS services - which could prolong shipping.

Where are you located?

We are located in Southern IL, near St. Louis MO. This central US location, helps with faster shipping times from coast to coast. Orders can arrive within a week of shipment date, but as early as 3-4 days.

What is your return policy?

However, if orders arrive damaged/unsatisfactory, we will do our best to resolve the issue - which could be a new product shipped, refund money, or discount coupon on next order.

My package was lost, what can I do?

Contact the carrier and provide them with the tracking number to locate your package. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, nor for packages being left in heat.

What is the shelf life of your products?

All of our treats are labeled with suggested storage information. Generally, the dehydrated treats have a longer shelf life than the baked treats. However, refrigeration or freezing our products will prolong shelf life.
